Our customers who subscribe to TTNET ADSL with this campaign between 26 September 2009 - 31 December 2009 will benefit from a 6-month discounted use opportunity. Within the scope of the campaign, no free modems will be given, but modems will be sold to the customers at a discount price. The prices which will be reflected to our customers who bought any of the TTNET ADSL packages will be as follows; 2 TL per month for wireless modem, 1 TL for cable modem; and for our customers who have selected to pay in instalments in 12 months, 4 TL per month for wireless modem, and 2 TL per month for cable modem.
All our new individual and corporate customers can benefit from the campaign by signing a 24-month subscription commitment recognizance. Our customers, who cancel their TTNET ADSL subscriptions after the campaign announcement date 24 September 2009, will not be able to benefit from this campaign.

18% VAT and 5% SCT are included in the prices.
The first connection fee 26,81 TL is collected for once in the new subscriptions and, upon demand, it is divided into 12 instalments of 2,78 TL per month.

There will be no changes in the tariff speeds/packages during the discount period. You can change your tariff as from the end of the discount period until the end of the 24 month* subscription commitment, provided that you will not change your tariff with a monthly usage fee lower than the tariff/speed package you use during the discount period.
A limit exceeding fee will be collected from our customers, who have selected any limited tariff, in case they exceed their quota. There will be no discounts in the limit exceeding fees.
As from the end of the discount period, pricing will be over the current ADSL tariff.
The cable modems to be sold in instalments within the context of the campaign are: ADSL2+ supported 1 USB, 1 ethernet port combo modems (Airties, Exper, Pikatel, ZTE or Zyxel). Wireless modems are single port ADSL2+ supported Airties, Exper and Pikatel wireless modems. You will be able to purchase any existing modems in our points of sales via instalments during your campaign application.
You can easily install your modem that you bought in installments with the Turkish dubbed interactive easy installation CD. You can get installation support, if necessary, from 444 0 375 TTNET Customer Care.
If your modem is defective, then your modem will be replaced with a new one in case you apply to a Türk Telekom Office within 3 business days as from the activation of your ADSL line. However, the modem manufacturer company is responsible from all the failures encountered after this period, and the failure shall be rectified within guarantee by the manufacturer company. In case there is a failure, first, you can get support by calling 444 0 375 TTNET Customer Care. If the necessary controls are performed and the modem failure is detected, then you will be directed to the related company service.
In case you wish to cancel your ADSL line before the commitment period ends; if you are a customer, who have benefited from modem purchase in instalments and discount option, then you will refund the discounts applied and the modem price (total 50 TL for cable modem and total 125 TL for wireless modem), but if you are a customer, who have benefited from discounts without purchasing a modem, then you will refund only the discounts in the usage fees. If you have not benefited from any modem options, then the paid discount modem price until the cancellation date will be deducted from the total modem cost and you will refund this amount. Moreover, any unpaid connection fees or instalments will also be collected.
