Yes. You can buy Economic and Professional packages with 4 GB ADSL up to 8 Mbps monthly quota. If you choose the Professional package, you can use unlimited ADSL up to 8 Mbps. Your package change request that are made to benefit from these new ADSL packages can be made with TTNET customer service on 444 1 375.

No. To make this change you have to send us a request. You can forward your package change request to TTNET customer service on 444 1 375.

Transfers to and new customer subscriptions to Economic Extra package were halted as of 27 May, 2009. You can buy the Professional package with NET4 (4 GB quota up to 8 Mbps) or the NETLİMİTSİZ (unlimited up to 8 Mbps) packages which are equal to Economic Extra package in terms of price and content.

No. You can be an individual or a corporate subscriber in order to use these packages.

If you are a current customer with no ongoing contracts, you can subscribe to any package by calling TTNET customer service on 444 0 375. Any customer who has an ongoing contract can switch to a package higher than their current commitments, but they can not benefit from the services within the scope of the İŞYERİM packages such as the 50% deduction for three months, free modem and on-site installation-training. In such a cases, the validation period of their old contract does not change.

Yes. You can benefit from the packages without making a 24-month subscription. The packages will be valid from your cancellation.

No. The modem, free installation, training and deductions in the first three month of the campaign are only available to customers making a 24-month subscription.

To subscribe to a TTNET İŞYERİM packages, you can call TTNET customer service on 444 0 375 or go to your nearest TTNET sales point.

Yes. You can change to any of TTNET İŞYERİM's higher packages any time you want. Customers who subscribed to a 24-month commitment cannot make a package change during the first three month period (which is the deduction period) and they can not benefit from a lower priced package during their commitment period.

You can forward your package change request to TTNET customer service on 444 1 375.

Yes.
If any customer using a commitment package wants to cancel their package before the expiration of the commitment period, the modem fee (127.12 TL + VAT) and installation and training fees (63.56 TL + VAT) willl be recouped. Moreover, the deducted usages and the debts (if any) shall be charged on the latest bill.
There is no penalty fee for customers who have not made any commitment.

Modems given with a 24-month commitment are wireless modems with four ports. They support four cable and 10 wireless connections at the same time.

Yes. All the taxes are included.

The deduction campaign is valid until February 28, 2010 for customers making a 24-month subscription to these packages.

For the TTNET İŞYERİM packages with 4 GB per month quota ADSL at 8 Mbps and with 4 GB per month quota ADSL up to 8 Mbps, the quota excees fee is 0.009248 TL per MB.

The Economic package has been offered with a 4 GB quota ADSL up to 8 Mbps since May 25, 2009. Customers using Economic package with a 4 GB quota ADSL at 1 Mbps can, if they choose, use their Economic packages with a 4 GB quota ADSL up to 8 Mbps. To make a package change, call TTNET customer service on 444 0 375.

With the Professional package, you can have unlimited ADSL at 1 Mbps, 4 GB quota ADSL up to 8 Mbps or unlimited ADSL up to 8 Mbps.

With the Professional Extra package, you can have unlimited ADSL at 4 Mbps and 8 Mbps.

Modem installation for our customers subscribing to TTNET İŞYERİM packages with a 24-month commitment is carried out by a TTNET authorized service point free of charge. A service point will call you and visit you at a convenient time.

There are five e-mail addresses each with a 5 GB capacity provided with the Economic and Professional packages. Professional Extra packages have 10 e-mail addresses. If you are currently a TTNET İŞYERİM package subscriber and would like to have more corporate e-mail accounts, you can call TTNET customer service on 444 0 375.

You get a web area of 1 MB with the Economic package, 50 MB with the Professional package and 250 MB with the Professional Extra package.
