You can have access your inbox via the TTMail link on the TTNET website or via web.ttmail.com. When you open this site, you need to enter your e-mail address, password and verification code on the screen in order access to your inbox. Click here to access your inbox.
You can create e-mail accounts for your employees by clicking on the "Add User" button on the Account Management page and then entering the required information.
The number of account available is defined depending on the TTNET İŞYERİM package you subscribed to. You can create five e-mail accounts if you are subscribed to the Esnaf, Esnaf Extra or Professional package. You can create e-mail accounts if you are subscribed to Professional Extra package. If you want more accounts, call TTNET customer service on 444 0 375.
The size of a corporate e-mail account is 5 GB. You can see the remaining space available in your account in the Account Settings section. Click here to access Account Settings page.
If you access your e-mails using software such as Outlook and Outlook Express, you can reach detailed information on your settings via E-Mail Settings: Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook Express.
The maximum size of a single e-mail is 10 MB. If you have to send bigger files, we recommend you to send them in separate e-mails.
