TTNET VDSL2

Experience high-speed Internet access with the TTNET VDSL2 service.

VDSL2 (very high speed digital subscriber line) is an Internet service providing high bandwidth connectivity via copper cables to subscribers at a short distance from the central Internet exchange.

Both VDSL2 and ADSL services are provided via copper wire. However, VDSL2 theoretically provides higher bandwidth up to 100 Mbps.

During the application process, we check your distance from the central Internet exchange. But the final assessment will be made by an on-site test after your application. During the test, you need to be at the connection point.

The subscribers close to the central Internet exchange can apply for VDSL2.

You can apply for VDSL2 at a Türk Telekom office.

The documents required for TTNET VDSL2 are:

  • A VDSL2 subscription agreement
  • A VDSL2 subscription application form
  • Your original and a photocopy of your identification card
  • Your TR citizenship number. (You must apply in person or by the power of attorney.)

The documents required for TTNET İŞYERİM VDSL2 are:

  • A VDSL2 subscription agreement
  • A VDSL2 subscription application form
  • A Corporate signatory circular
  • A Corporate activity document
  • The last paid phone bill belonging to phone line
  • A photocopy of the authorized person's identity card. (You must apply in person or by the power of attorney.)

The connection fee for new subscribers and for those switching from ADSL to VDSL2 is 26.81 TL. You can pay it in 12 monthly installments of 2.78 TL.

VDSL2 modems are different from ADSL modems. You need to have a VDSL2 modem in order to receive the VDSL2 service.

You can get a VDSL2 modem form a Türk Telekom office free of charge with a 24-month agreement or for a fee of 300 TL (VAT included) without an agreement. Following the approval of your VDSL2 service according to the on-site test, your VDSL2 modem will be delivered and installed. When you get the modem free of charge, with the relevant agreement and in cases of a cancellation of a subscription before the 24-month period, the modem fee (254.24 TL + VAT), retroactive VDSL usage fees (if any), debts belonging to other usages stated in the tariff and connection fee (if any) will be recouped.

TTNET VDSL2 modems are four-port wireless modems.

In cases where you select the choice in application form stating "I'd like get a 16-Mbps connection in case 32 Mbps is not supported by my line", the speed of your connection will be defined as 16 Mbps. Otherwise the application will be void.

VDSL2 service packages are:

  • Unlimited TTNET VDSL2 up to 16 Mbps
  • Unlimited TTNET VDSL2 up to 32 Mbps
  • Unlimited TTNET İŞYERİM VDSL2 up to 16 Mbps
  • Unlimited TTNET İŞYERİM VDSL2 up to 32 Mbps

ADSL subscribers whose sales periods have ended can switch to VDSL2 without applying for any campaign after their reduced ADSL tariff usage period ends. They will be charged according to standard VDSL2 tariffs after switching to VDSL2. After switching to VDSL2, the remaining commitment period from an ADSL subscription shall continue as a VDSL2 subscription. During this commitment period, the penalty clause in ADSL subscription will be implemented in case of failure of commitment.

Switching to same or lower speed between TTNET VDSL2 and TTNET İŞYERİM VDSL2 packages is carried out by TTNET customer service. You need to apply to a Türk Telekom office in order to switch to a higher connection speed.

You can buy additional services from TTNET customer service as well as at Türk Telekom offices.

Yes. There are TTNET İŞYERİM VDSL2 packages available at 16 and 32 Mbps.

We're sorry; you can only subscribe to either ADSL or VDSL2 with a single phone line.

The VDSL2 modem installation service is provided free of charge to subscribers who buy their modems from TTNET.

There is no modem choice within the scope of this campaign. The availability of modems is also limited by the quantity of stocks.

The certainty of being eligible for the VDSL2 service will be determined by an on-site test. If your line and location are suitable, a modem will be provided.

Unless otherwise stated, your Static IP address will be the same if you switch from an ADSL subscription to a VDSL2 subscription.

Maximum connection speeds are 16 Mbps and 32 Mbps. These speeds are affected by the status of your computer, the quality of your phone line, the density at the central Internet exchanges, your distance from the exchange, the performance of ADSL devices installed at Internet exchanges and the performance of your ADSL modem or router. Depending on the performance of the servers, you cannot always attain the advertised speeds with a single download; parallel (from different sites at the same time) download may also be required.

The upload speed is 1 Mbps for all VDSL2 packages.

No. When you switch from ADSL to VDSL2, your phone number, service number and username will be the same.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by calling TTNET customer service on 444 0 375. If you want to change your password, you can do so in the User Transactions section on our website.

You can arrange your address by going to your associated Türk Telekom office. Applications for a change of address must be carried out by the VDSL2 subscriber, who must also present their ID card.

You need to carry out an ADSL transfer transaction. To do this you need to go to your associated Türk Telekom office and make a transfer application. Transfer applications must be carried out by the ADSL subscriber and the transferee's phone number must be registered to the same person.
