18 % VAT and 5% OIV (Special Communication Tax) are included in the prices. In the case of new subscriptions, an initial connection fee of 2 TL for 12 months will appear on the TTNET invoice.

  • In NET Packages, subscribers use the supported connection speed up to 8 Mbps in the place where ADSL lines are installed and this connection speed might differ depending on the place where the connection is made from. In cases where the data download of the subscriber exceeds the fair usage quota of 25 GB (On the NETLİMİTSİZ PLUS package the fair usage quota is 100 GB) within a month, ADSL usage speed will be downgraded to 1 Mbps.
  • In ADSL2+ Packages, subscribers use the supported connection speed up to 16 Mbps in the place where ADSL lines are installed and this connection speed might differ depending on the place where the connection is made from. In cases where the data download of the subscriber for the limited package reaches the maximum fee (89 TL) and for unlimited package exceeding the fair usage quota of 50 GB, for the remaining days in that month, the download speed will be downgraded as 1 Mbps.
  • When the following month is due, the subscriber will be able to benefit from the internet connection with the current connection speed again. In case the subscriber does not exceed the fair usage quota within a month there will not be any change to the internet connection speed.

Campaign Conditions:

  • The campaign is valid for all TTNET ADSL tariff packages which are specified in the table above. All our current individual customers who are subscribed without any commitment and the new subscribers can benefit from the campaign.
  • In order to benefit from the campaign it is mandatory to be committed for 24 months   
  • In case of a new subscription, the initial installation fee of 24 TL will be shown as installments of 2 TL for 12 months on the TTNET ADSL invoice.
  • On the limited packages an excessive quota fee will be based on the tariff in effect.
  • Stamp tax that will be derived from the package and the campaign will be reflected in the invoice of TTNET for one time only.
  • Within the period of commitment, which lasts for 24 months (a 3 month discount period is included) subscribers can make amendments on their tariff speeds and packages provided that they do not request a speed package below their initial subscription package(s) or tariff(s).
  • Tariff amendments that may occur in the future will be notified to the customers benefiting from the campaign.
  • Should a subscriber cancels his/her ADSL line, within the period starting from the date that the commitment was signed by the subscriber to the cancellation date the discount amount, any unpaid initial connection fee and its installments (if available), past ADSL usage fees (if available), other charges that exist on the tariff regarding any usage (if available) will be collected from the customer.
  • Campaign is limited to ADSL infrastructure possibilities.
  • Due to the physical connection conditions, an 8 Mbps (16 Mbps speed in ADSL2+ packages) value is not a speed that is guaranteed but it implies the maximum speed that could be reached. In order to provide the said speed, all throughout Turkey at optimum possibility, infrastructure development operations are ongoing.
