Our customers who cancel their ADSL lines after 24 September 2009 cannot benefit from this campaign

In the limited packages, the quota exceeding fee will be priced according to the current tariff.

Our customers will not be able to change their tariff speeds/packages during the discount period. They will be able to change their tariff speeds or packages within the 24-month subscription commitment as from the end of the discount period, provided that they will not change their tariff package with a lower one. Low or high tariff speed/package will not be evaluated according to the speed, but according to the price in the tariff.

Future tariff changes will be reflected to the customers benefiting from the campaign.

Try All Three, Choose Your Service is provided together with NET4 Plus Package as a standard. The subscribers can also benefit from the TTNET GÜVENLİK, TTNET WiFi (600 min./month) and TTNET Oyun Gold Membership services free of charge until 1 March 2010. Our customers will pick one of these three services between 1 February - 1 March 2010 and will benefit from that service free of charge after 1 March 2010. If the customers do not select an option within these dates, then TTNET WiFi (600 min./month) service will automatically be selected.

In the Meet With Fast Internet Campaign, fair usage is applied to all "8 Mbps'ye kadar Son Sürat ADSL Packages". After the monthly download amount exceeds 15 GB, then the download speed for the rest of the days of the related months will be applied as 512 Kbps. The stated speed cannot be guaranteed as it is limited with the physical connection conditions, the speed states the highest speed that can be reached. The development operations in order to provide the 8 Mbps speed all around Turkey at the highest possible level continue increasingly.
