ADSL
When package limits are exceeded, the unit price is 0.009248 TL per MB for the NET4 and NET4 (Plus) packages and 0.008323 TL per MB for the NET6 package.
The monthly rate for a Static IP is 2.78 TL.
The transfer rate is 26.81 TL. However, it willl be free between July 1 and December 31, 2009.
There is a one-off connection fee of 26.81 TL for new subscribers. This connection fee can be paid in 12 monthly installments of 2.78 TL.
The monthly total rate to be invoiced to Limited Package subscribers (monthly rate + quota excess rate) shall not exceed 125 % of the unlimited package rate of the same speed. That means, for Limited packages up to 8 Mbps (4 GB, 4 GB (Plus) and 6 GB), the sum of the monthly rate and the quota excess rate shall not exceed 61.25 TL. For the 1 Mbps 4 GB, 4 GB (Plus) and 6 GB quota packages, the sum of the monthly rate and the quota excess rate can not exceed 56.64 TL. For the 2 Mbps 4 GB and 6 GB quota packages, the sum of the monthly rate and the quota excess rate shall not exceed 79.76 TL.
VDSL2
The monthly rate for a Static IP is 2.78 TL.
The transfer rate is 26.81 TL.

3G
The 3G Mobile Internet promotion is provided in co-operation with Avea. It is limited to the ADSL infrastructure capabilities. Mobile communication services are provided by Avea. 3G Mobile Internet is provided by the Avea 3G network.
TTNET and Avea reserve the right to change package, price and promotion conditions at any time.
Subscribers cancelling their ADSL lines after June 19, 2009 are not eligible for this promotion.
3G Mobile Internet package rates are charced on your Avea bill statements.
To connect to the Internet abroad using your 3G Mobile Internet modem, you need to activate your Avea data line's international communication function. You can do this via Avea customer services or at a Türk Telekom office authorized to sell TTNET and Avea products and services. Your international usage will be 2.75 TL per KB (including VAT) on the top of the international GPRS tariff.
Prices include VAT (18%) and SCT (5%). TTNET and Avea reserve the right to change package, price and promotion conditions reserved.
